Get Active!!!

So, you’re wondering where I’ve been…

Well, it was for a good cause! Something (bad) came up, I dealt with it, and now it’s behind me.

Through this tough past 16 days… I learned and started something great. I am attempting to change my lifestyle!

I started running a mile every day, doing 100 sit-ups, and 30 push-ups. Now, I feel great! I lost eight pounds and feel more energetic!

The best part is I am starting to add more to my workout routine! I am not satisfied with where I am right now… But, I love myself a little more each day!

I have a better-balanced diet (more ๐Ÿฅฆ and ๐ŸŽ, less ๐ŸŸ and ๐Ÿฉ) and fewer stress levels!

Waking up every day is now refreshing! If you want to experience this… Eat healthily and exercise daily!!! Start NOW!

    • I hear you, it is a motivation problem for sure. (It is a small hump, once you get over it, the rest is a breeze!) Have you tried writing it down on a whiteboard? What motivates me is tallying how many times you can complete the said workout routine! It will be in my blog post tomorrow!
