Consistency is Key!

I have worked out for 27 days out of the past 32 days! It was not as easy as I thought it would be. Lack of motivation, food, and laziness pushed me to the verge of quitting or skipping a day.

I found that once I was able to push past these setbacks, it was smooth sailing from there!

Consistency is critical in every workout regimen. Keep pushing! And never quit! Honestly, there is no reason why anyone doesn’t have time to care for themselves. Being active is a part of living a healthy lifestyle.

Make yourself proud. Run, read, workout, study!

Also, I would like to apologize for not blogging daily. I too am faced with consistent obstacles that must be overcome. I will continue to do my best to post daily. I love this blog. I also love those that read it.Β πŸ’•
