How to start your day RIGHT! πŸ€©

Everyday… Is a brand new clean slate! The beginning of a great day (every day) is having the right mindset when you wake up! 😼

If you completed the Dream Board Challenge, then you are well on your way of changing your mindset! If you haven’t, it’s never to late to better yourself today!

For an early birthday present, my mother bought me this new board which is fantastic! 😍

The cork board is empty for a reason…

I am re-evaluating my goals in life and will notify you when a dream of mine pops onto the board!

The best part about utilizing the dream board is to write a message for yourself the next morning! πŸ’Œ

This will help you love yourself! It indeed shows you do care. Change your mindset and your outlook on life will be more favorable!

The right place to find inner peace πŸŽ‹

Finding your inner peace is easy! You clear your mind, escape reality and enter your own realm! The best part about meditating is there is no set way going about it!

You do what feels natural to you. Whether that’s standing, sitting, lying down or walking with or without music! It’s all up to you!

But, there is one thing that must be accomplished to find your inner peace! Actually… There’s two.

One! You must be happy doing it! Happiness can be the answer and solution to everything! (Or at least I like to think so 😚)

Second! If you are meditating inside of a room or household, your area MUST be clean! Nothing can be cluttered! Why you ask?

It’s an environment nurturing stress. You have to treat yourself! Have a clean space, if you can’t… Try meditating in the outdoors! But do not settle for a cluttered or messy area to meditate! You are better than that. 😊❀️

I believe you are capable of finding your inner peace! You can do it! You just need to believe in yourself and stay positive. πŸ’•

Add music to your session!

Relaxing for at least five minutes will ease some stress you may be facing!

Escape reality! It benefits me and it should work for you too.

There is no exact way to meditate. Do it the way it makes you happy!

One thing I will suggest you do is add music into your calming time! Whatever genre of songs you like! Play it and enter another world.

While playing music, if you completed last weeks challenge and bought a diffuser, plug it in and turn it on during your relaxation span!

You will love this! I know I sure do. Keep it up! I’m rooting for you!

I just made Vindaloo Indian Simmer ramen and a kiwi, pear, and cleansing greens smoothie for lunch! I love superfood!
