Consistency is Key!

I have worked out for 27 days out of the past 32 days! It was not as easy as I thought it would be. Lack of motivation, food, and laziness pushed me to the verge of quitting or skipping a day.

I found that once I was able to push past these setbacks, it was smooth sailing from there!

Consistency is critical in every workout regimen. Keep pushing! And never quit! Honestly, there is no reason why anyone doesn’t have time to care for themselves. Being active is a part of living a healthy lifestyle.

Make yourself proud. Run, read, workout, study!

Also, I would like to apologize for not blogging daily. I too am faced with consistent obstacles that must be overcome. I will continue to do my best to post daily. I love this blog. I also love those that read it.Β πŸ’•

Get Active!!!

So, you’re wondering where I’ve been…

Well, it was for a good cause! Something (bad) came up, I dealt with it, and now it’s behind me.

Through this tough past 16 days… I learned and started something great. I am attempting to change my lifestyle!

I started running a mile every day, doing 100 sit-ups, and 30 push-ups. Now, I feel great! I lost eight pounds and feel more energetic!

The best part is I am starting to add more to my workout routine! I am not satisfied with where I am right now… But, I love myself a little more each day!

I have a better-balanced diet (more πŸ₯¦ and 🍎, less 🍟 and 🍩) and fewer stress levels!

Waking up every day is now refreshing! If you want to experience this… Eat healthily and exercise daily!!! Start NOW!

Some days can be rough…

Everyone has those off days. And I definitely had mine today.

Regardless of what I was doing, I felt sad. Whether it was just lying in bed or playing video games, I could feel myself dosing off into La La land and thinking of all my dreams and goals I want to accomplish.

Maybe it’s something you can relate to. I don’t know, but I do realize I have to take things step by step. Not everything is going to happen at once or come on a silver platter. Everything that you want should be earned through some means.

It’s these rainy days that force me back to reality, which is not a bad thing.

Petco Park!

The home of the San Diego Padres!

I am not going to lie… Out of the three stadiums I’ve been at (Dodger’s and Angel’s Stadium) Petco Park (Padres) is by far the best!

The beer selection was phenomenal! The food was amazing (Phil’s BBQ 😍😩) and both the fans of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Padres were kind to one another.

Just a bunch of people who love watching great baseball.

I also bought a foam Hulk hand with a cut out for my beer! 🍺

The game was amazinnng! I had a swell time. Even though the home team lost… This game made me fall back in love with baseball again.

This is such a beautiful sport!

The past

Oh boy… the past! I won’t make it a sob story I promise!

Before I begin, just know that I don’t have any hatred toward anyone or anything in my past.Β  All the experiences and memories are what made me the kind of person I am today, and I wouldn’t change a thing. 😁

I always want to make positive impacts on those who come across me in life. In my head, I have implanted an assumption for everyone…

Everyone is going through something… So it’s better to be nice to everyone I meet.”

This is what drives me in life.

That’s also why I have this blog! To reach out to a wide range of individuals and hope maybe I can help someone out! πŸ˜™ In any way possible!

Sorry I keep getting sidetracked! Basically, I have been living in a house with four cool people all my life.

I don’t remember much of friends in school… But I can recall a bunch of bullying stories! πŸ˜‚

Growing up, I was teased and bullied for being a Japanese American. I didn’t get the best of grades, so I was also made fun of as, “disappointing” my ancestors (Whatever that means!)

Because of this bullying and treatment, I didn’t make many friends. The funny part is, as a kid, I didn’t realise I was being bullied until a couple years ago (Freshman year in college)

I was asked by my roommate of my earlier memories, and I recalled a BUNCH of bullying stories!

HOW DID I NOT REALISE I WAS BULLIED AS A KID?!?

Maybe because I was super naive and a little stupid I guess… But I never judged anyone in my class! I was kind to everyone and kept to myself. I had the coolest brothers and video games at the time.

I don’t really know what else to talk about the past… So I guess I’ll end it here! Now that you know a little bit about my background, let’s talk about what I want in the future on Saturday!

Tomorrow I will be at the San Diego Padres’ game! I will share photos of my experience on Instagram and Vero! If you haven’t yet, connect with me on either platform! You can find it all here!

See you then! πŸ˜šπŸ’›
