I am back!

Oh, how much I missed you guys!

I finished unpacking and am settling into college now! I am delighted and ecstatic to be writing again! 😻⚑️

As you may know by now… Today is Monday!

There is no challenge to come from me this week. Instead, I want you to challenge yourself.

Challenge yourself to be the best person possible! I know this is very hard to achieve in a short span of time…

It’s the small steps that count. To better yourself, you must never doubt and always believe in you!

You will feel so much better about your self-image! I believe in you.Β  For this week, I will be posting motivational and inspirational goodies to help you along the way.

College is right around the corner for me! Today and tomorrow are filled with chores and family time! So, I will be lagging behind on posts until then. When is then?

Once the semester start, it opens up a lot of free time for me! So you will see a boost in posts!

Add music to your session!

Relaxing for at least five minutes will ease some stress you may be facing!

Escape reality! It benefits me and it should work for you too.

There is no exact way to meditate. Do it the way it makes you happy!

One thing I will suggest you do is add music into your calming time! Whatever genre of songs you like! Play it and enter another world.

While playing music, if you completed last weeks challenge and bought a diffuser, plug it in and turn it on during your relaxation span!

You will love this! I know I sure do. Keep it up! I’m rooting for you!

For at least five minutes… β±

I challenge you to meditate for at least five minutes a day!

By meditate, I mean clear your mind. Whether that’s in a meditation pose, sitting down, lying down, standing or anything you feel comfortable doing! 🎍

I want you to relax. πŸ˜— Meditation is the greatest stress reliever! πŸ˜™ Before you can help anyone else, you have to help yourself first.

Meditation has been a significant part of my life. I mostly meditate lying down while using my face masks at night.Β πŸ˜„

You do not want to be stressed before going to sleep! By clearing your mind of reality for a split second will help you! Especially at night.

You do not have to completely empty your mind. You can envision your goals or anything that makes you happy!

All I am trying to accomplish by this is to relieve as much stress as possible this week, after all, you deserve to be happy!

So please, for at least five minutes a day, clear and ease your mind!
