So, you’re wondering where I’ve been…

Well, it was for a good cause! Something (bad) came up, I dealt with it, and now it’s behind me.

Through this tough past 16 days… I learned and started something great. I am attempting to change my lifestyle!

I started running a mile every day, doing 100 sit-ups, and 30 push-ups. Now, I feel great! I lost eight pounds and feel more energetic!

The best part is I am starting to add more to my workout routine! I am not satisfied with where I am right now… But, I love myself a little more each day!

I have a better-balanced diet (more πŸ₯¦ and 🍎, less 🍟 and 🍩) and fewer stress levels!

Waking up every day is now refreshing! If you want to experience this… Eat healthily and exercise daily!!! Start NOW!

Here’s an update on my short story… But before I do that, here’s something quick…

I am not spoiling anything! 🀣 It’s only an update!

After brainstorming for a good couple hours, I narrowed down the main character, the plot and the setting! I made significant progress, and I am not stopping anytime soon!

I am excited and happy to be doing this and will release the story out in segments!

There will be multiple parts that will be released daily! (When I am done of course!)
