Start making time for yourself โŒ›๏ธ

There’s attempting to care and love yourself… And then there is actually caring and loving yourself.

Are you making time out of the day to think about life, care for your skin, pamper your hair, read a book, learn something new, or even just listen to music? If your answer is no then this needs to change IMMEDIATELY!

For peat’s sake, you are unique remember? So start treating yourself as so! This will boost your self-esteem. Caring for yourself has really helped me genuinely become happy with myself.

Don’t know where to start? Well, let’s reflect back on some things I’ve tried! Try this beauty lotion! This method not only transforms your skin into soft velvet but will also change the way you view your body! Thus, boosting self-esteem!

How about using face masks? Try these! The First step, Second, Third and Alternative!

Make sure you treat yourself! Take some time out of the day to just sit and get lost in music or a book. The possibilities are endless! It’s just up to you to decide. I am here cheering you on!

Change comes from within. To first start boosting your self-esteem, you must accept yourself as being a unique individual and WANT to change for the best ๐Ÿ’•

I believe in you. And so should youย ๐Ÿ˜š

Ways to deal with anxiety

Life is weird and sometimes cruel. It’s filled with obstacles and objects being thrown at you left and right forcing you to make decisions. Whether it’s working a full-time job, being a student, or dealing with family/friend issues, it’s all bound to making you feel some level of anxiety.

I am going to share with you some techniques and activities I’ve found to be extremely helpful in combating anxiety.

  1. Just Breathe. Take a deep breath and then let it all out. While breathing, think about this. Know you are a unique individual. Nobody has gone through what you have and accomplished what you’ve done. Be proud of who you are.
  2. Find your happy place. And this takes practice, I can’t tell you what yours is. You must find it yourself. My happy places are pondering on what went on in, “Joyland,” by Stephen King, and playing videogames. Yours may or may not be similiar to mine, but I believe you can find your place. For instance, it may be sitting outside or listening to music.
  3. Cutting caffeine. Cutting and reducing caffeine intake may help prevent anxiety symptoms.

Hopefully this will be able to help you! I love to make people feel better. These are essential tools for anyone to use!

School took a majority of my time, and now that I am catching a downtime, it’s back to blogging!

Modern Day Adventure – Part #1

A ray of the setting sun peered through the window seeping past the tiny gaps in the blinds. The escaped light touched a calendar on the wall.

The current date read, โ€œNovember 13, 2136.โ€ From the period, the light began to melt its way down toward a digital clock sitting atop a wooden desk. The time flashed 4:30 p.m.

Time is winding down, the temperature is dropping, and everything seemed to be lazy.

A deep sigh came from the desk. The groan came from Sagasu Inai, a 24-year-old who is currently a railroad-maintenance clerk. Sagasu looked miserable just staring at the clock. This was life. Waking up to get ready for work, only to come home to sleep for the next day. It was a grueling cycle.

Before Sagasu can fully indulge in sorrow, a door flung open breaking the silence.

โ€œSagasu! Submit the materials you need to repair the rail and get it done ASAP,โ€ demanded a man whose figure is similar to that of a basketball player. The hoarse voice plagued by years of smoking came from this six foot something, 200-pound man.

Appearance wise, he is not kept and dresses only in a black business suit sprinkled with white splats of ash and dust. The background of this man is mysterious. The only explanation to how he got this job as yardmaster at the railroad is because his parents owned it.

Before Sagasu can respond, the door was slammed back shut.

Sagasu took a heavy breath and glanced at the light leaking from the window.

โ€œThis is my life,โ€ Sagasu thought. โ€œThis will be the death of me.โ€

Not a morning person? ๐Ÿ˜ก

Well…

That’s because you don’t drink smoothies in the morning!

I used to HATE waking up! But now… When I wake up, I look forward to making a nice, refreshing and healthy breakfast alternative! ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‹

Now to share with you my smoothie of choice!

A strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, andย blackberry blend, with a teaspoon of cleansing greens mixed with lemonade!

It is just the best thing to eat/drink in the morning, and it definitely helps me prepare for the day!

Try it out!

A cup of strawberries, 1/3 cup of blueberry, 1/3 cup of raspberry, 1/3 cup of blackberry, a teaspoon of cleansing greens powder, and use lemonade as the liquid! ๐Ÿ˜™

You will thank me later. ๐Ÿ˜šโค๏ธ
