Well, it was for a good cause! Something (bad) came up, I dealt with it, and now it’s behind me.
Through this tough past 16 days… I learned and started something great. I am attempting to change my lifestyle!
I started running a mile every day, doing 100 sit-ups, and 30 push-ups. Now, I feel great! I lost eight pounds and feel more energetic!
The best part is I am starting to add more to my workout routine! I am not satisfied with where I am right now… But, I love myself a little more each day!
I have a better-balanced diet (more 🥦 and 🍎, less 🍟 and 🍩) and fewer stress levels!
