Lack of Motivation? πŸŠ

Yeah, me too…

I found myself without motivation a lot in the past. But, not lately!

I worked out 16 days out of the past 19! I now run a mile (for about 12-14 minutes), do 110 situps, and 4 sets of 10 pushups!

It may not seem like much to you, but I am very proud of myself. I was living a very sedentary style and ate whatever I wanted. Now I watch what I eat and drink, and am active!

I won’t stop any time soon! I hope you too, will join me in my quest! Living a healthier lifestyle.

Back to the lack of motivation point…

Do you find yourself starting a healthy workout regimen and then stopping after a couple days? I have some tips to help you out!

  1. Utilize a whiteboard – Write down your workout regimen or goal. And tally up how many days you have completed! This has motivated me. I strive to achieve my exercise routine daily to rack up my tallies! My goal is to cover my whole whiteboard!
  2. Change sleeping schedule – Do you sleep late and wake up around noon? That used to be my problem. I slept whenever I was done watching videos or playing video games. Change your sleeping schedule by sleeping earlier! Heck, even try to become a morning person! (I am still working on that, I wake up around 9:30 a.m.)
  3. Drink plenty of water – Cut the soda and sugary drinks. I think it helped me out!
  4. Get a workout buddy! – Maybe you need a workout buddy? It can be a family member, friend, or even an animal! (I prefer dogs, I love dogs)

Well…

That’s because you don’t drink smoothies in the morning!

I used to HATE waking up! But now… When I wake up, I look forward to making a nice, refreshing and healthy breakfast alternative! πŸ‡πŸ“πŸ‹

Now to share with you my smoothie of choice!

A strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, andΒ blackberry blend, with a teaspoon of cleansing greens mixed with lemonade!

It is just the best thing to eat/drink in the morning, and it definitely helps me prepare for the day!

A cup of strawberries, 1/3 cup of blueberry, 1/3 cup of raspberry, 1/3 cup of blackberry, a teaspoon of cleansing greens powder, and use lemonade as the liquid! πŸ˜™

I am now on my fourth day living a healthy and active lifestyle, and I feel great!

I just made Vindaloo Indian Simmer ramen and a kiwi, pear, and cleansing greens smoothie for lunch! I love superfood!

It’s never too late when it comes to living a healthier life! You will feel so much better about yourself throughout this process.

Starting an active and healthy lifestyle πŸ˜Ž

It’s about time I start taking better care of my body by living a better lifestyle! What I hope to accomplish by this…

Is to motivate you to do the same!

I started to watch what I eat, what I drink, and how much exercise gets done! For exercise, I run a mile each day!

I am now on my second day of starting this lifestyle, and I feel great! One thing I want to say is…

NEVER EVER be ashamed to say you’ve just started something! Especially if that something is to benefit your health!

I don’t care if I’m only on the second day of starting a healthy and active lifestyle. At least I am trying and am happy doing so!

If being physically active is not a possibility for you, you can always train your mind! Read a book, study and learn something new! Just benefit yourself in any way possible. I believe in you! ❀️

I started to realize… It’s not just about staying positive to love yourself.

To truly love yourself, you must care about your physical and mental aspect of life!

What do I mean by this? Here are some examples you need to include in your lifestyle: regularly exercising, watching what you eat and how much you consume, how often you read, how often you study, what products you use, how often you care for your hair/skin and knowing what you are doing with your time.

Take all this into account!

If you feel like staying positive is hard for you… Add something from the list I stated above! And see if that helps!

Before you can care about someone else, you must care for yourself first!

Stay strong, and I believe in you. ❀️
