There’s attempting to care and love yourself… And then there is actually caring and loving yourself.

Are you making time out of the day to think about life, care for your skin, pamper your hair, read a book, learn something new, or even just listen to music? If your answer is no then this needs to change IMMEDIATELY!

For peat’s sake, you are unique remember? So start treating yourself as so! This will boost your self-esteem. Caring for yourself has really helped me genuinely become happy with myself.

Ways to deal with anxiety

Life is weird and sometimes cruel. It’s filled with obstacles and objects being thrown at you left and right forcing you to make decisions. Whether it’s working a full-time job, being a student, or dealing with family/friend issues, it’s all bound to making you feel some level of anxiety.

I am going to share with you some techniques and activities I’ve found to be extremely helpful in combating anxiety.

  1. Just Breathe. Take a deep breath and then let it all out. While breathing, think about this. Know you are a unique individual. Nobody has gone through what you have and accomplished what you’ve done. Be proud of who you are.
  2. Find your happy place. And this takes practice, I can’t tell you what yours is. You must find it yourself. My happy places are pondering on what went on in, “Joyland,” by Stephen King, and playing videogames. Yours may or may not be similiar to mine, but I believe you can find your place. For instance, it may be sitting outside or listening to music.
  3. Cutting caffeine. Cutting and reducing caffeine intake may help prevent anxiety symptoms.

Hopefully this will be able to help you! I love to make people feel better. These are essential tools for anyone to use!

Petco Park!

The home of the San Diego Padres!

I am not going to lie… Out of the three stadiums I’ve been at (Dodger’s and Angel’s Stadium) Petco Park (Padres) is by far the best!

The beer selection was phenomenal! The food was amazing (Phil’s BBQ 😍😩) and both the fans of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Padres were kind to one another.

Just a bunch of people who love watching great baseball.

I also bought a foam Hulk hand with a cut out for my beer! 🍺

The game was amazinnng! I had a swell time. Even though the home team lost… This game made me fall back in love with baseball again.

This is such a beautiful sport!
