So, you’re wondering where I’ve been…

Well, it was for a good cause! Something (bad) came up, I dealt with it, and now it’s behind me.

Through this tough past 16 days… I learned and started something great. I am attempting to change my lifestyle!

I started running a mile every day, doing 100 sit-ups, and 30 push-ups. Now, I feel great! I lost eight pounds and feel more energetic!

The best part is I am starting to add more to my workout routine! I am not satisfied with where I am right now… But, I love myself a little more each day!

I have a better-balanced diet (more ๐Ÿฅฆ and ๐ŸŽ, less ๐ŸŸ and ๐Ÿฉ) and fewer stress levels!

Waking up every day is now refreshing! If you want to experience this… Eat healthily and exercise daily!!! Start NOW!

Say Yes To Tomatoes! ๐Ÿ…

If you do have the particular skin type… You better sayย yes to tomatoes! It’s relatively easy to find… Basically at any store!

The feeling you get after you wash your face is amazing… But… It is unparalleled to the feeling of washing / taking a mask off (Clay mask, Facial mask call it whatever you want!)

Seriously… I have a two mask routine (a total of three steps)ย  after I wash my face at night (I only use my face masks at night)
